We offer a range of sauna experiences that allow you to step into the magic of sauna, as nature intended.
We are currently developing our locations, sessions & community membership, however, that won’t stop us coming to you! We have some very unique and bespoke sauna sessions to offer as well as training for those that wish to dive deeper into authentic sauna culture.

Guided Sauna
Relax, Breathe & Receive
Our signature guided sauna session takes your private group on a 75min journey into the essence of sauna. We guide you with an enhanced sauna experience, including hot and cold therapy, essential oils and more, tailored to the needs of the group. This would be suitable for a gathering, celebration, wellness retreat, team event or an alcohol-free alternative to a hen or stag party.

Immerse yourself in a Sacred Sauna Ritual with a private group (2-3hrs). Sauna as nature intended, honouring the ancient ways with plants, oils & steam, including hot and cold therapy, tailored to the needs of the group by a trained facilitator. This would be suitable for a gathering, celebration, wellness retreat, team event or an alcohol-free alternative to a hen or stag party.

Enjoy the family friendly & wild sauna experience at your home or a specified location. Sauna is safe for all ages from 6 months, we simply take extra precautions with the wee ones and older family members. We have space for 8-10 people, we can arrange a private booking to suit your needs.
