FAQ

General Frequently Asked Questions about What to Bring, Booking, Facilities etc. Check out the FAQ section for Why Sauna? for sauna health & safety questions.

can i bring children?

We have an age 16+ policy for safeguarding. However, we do have mother & baby, family and youth sauna sessions at certain times.

can i bring a group or party?

Yes, if you are a small group, you can book up to 6 people in one of our social sauna sessions. If you wish for exclusive use, please book a private session. For parties, we ask that you book a private session and please remember that we are a sober space.

can i bring a companion or carer?

Yes you can book an additional space for a companion or carer. We plan to have programs in place for social prescribing, NHS Staff and ‘caring for carers’ as we value their place in community, so watch this space.

what about cancellations or refunds?

You can cancel your booking up to 24 hours before the session and receive a full refund.  We cannot refund for cancellations within a 24hour period. Please cancel via the online booking system.

what if i arrive late?

If you arrive late to your session, we will let you in, but you will lose that amount of sauna time as we need to clean & reset in between sessions.

accessibility

Unfortunately due to the outdoor terrain, it can limit accessibility to our sites. That said, it is a priority for us whereever we can make it possible. Please do get in touch ahead of time & we will do our best to inform or work with you
